I got this book expecting only kettlebell workouts. I got so much more! Taco goes into so much detail explaining terminology, scoring and the science behind the workouts and the muscle groups that are targeted.

His workouts have helped me lose 2 inches off my waist and feel more powerful with each kettlebell workout and bodyweight exercises like burpees and push-ups. It’s a must-have for anyone, but it was especially helpful for this newcomer who works out at home in between working and 3 kids.
