How do I get a refund?
Refunds can only be made on non-downloadable items. Downloadable items are: ebooks, ecourses, and other items that give you electronic access to information.
How do I redeem a coupon?
If you received a coupon for your order, simply add the items to your cart and upon checkout you will see a space to enter your coupon code. Once you enter your coupon code the discount will be applied.
How do I change my password?
Login to your account, click “Profile” at the top right, click the “Settings” tab under that you click the “Change Password” tab. Enter your current password and then your new password followed by a confirmation of your new password.
Why are my courses not showing?
Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it’s possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to email@example.com.
Multiple e-mail accounts
If you use multiple e-mail accounts, or have a Facebook or Google account, try logging in with the associate e-mail addresses.
