Here are some of our training philosophies, this is how we train ourselves and expect any good trainer that we certify to life by.

 

“If you can’t do it yourself, don’t ask your client to do it.”

 

“Explain things in layman terms (easy to understand) so that everyone is able to learn and no one needs to feel inferior.”

 

“If you don’t fully understand it, don’t do it just because it’s the ‘new in thing’.”

 

“Safety first, goals second and progression third.”

 

“The only wrong question is the question that you didn’t ask.”

 

“Your clients pay you for your full and undivided attention, stay off your phone during the training session and do what you’re supposed to do which is focus on safety, technique, form and provide motivation.”
